COMMUNICATE

Everyone on our team is an industry professional so there’s always someone here who can discuss custom work and help you through the process. Our entire team is dedicated to getting to know our clients and the stories behind every piece we create. Jewelry is personal, and we want to get to know the person in order to craft the perfect piece.
In-House Design From Start to Finish
BRAINSTORM
One of our in-house jewelers will work with you to come up with ideas or visualize what you have in mind. We would love to see photos of your inspiration or existing pieces you want to reimagine. We prefer to have these conversations in person, but we can also chat over the phone or virtually. We may provide preliminary sketches or relevant examples at this point to ensure we’re all on the same page.
DESIGN
Based on our conversations, our jewelers will provide you with formal hand drawings of the design, with all specifications and cost estimates. There may be homework for you to make final decisions or provide additional information. Once you’ve approved the design and cost, a deposit or material fee payment will be required before work begins.
SELECT
If you’re purchasing a diamond or gemstone for your custom piece, we will work with you to determine size, shape and budget and then order a selection of stones for you to choose from. Our relationships with premier diamond suppliers allows us to offer you an exceptional range of choices, including antique and ethically sourced stones, so you can find exactly what you’re looking for.
CRAFT
We start with a wax mold replica of the piece that you can try on and make any final tweaks. From here, almost every step of our creation is done in-house. Your existing jewelry and stones remain safe on site in our care throughout the process. The length of the production time varies depending on availability of materials, design complexity, and our production schedule, but we will always provide a timeline in advance.
REVEAL
We’ll contact you when your piece is ready and your jewelry will be handed over by the person who made it. We will review every detail together to make sure it’s perfect. We’ll also discuss maintenance, insurance, and any other questions you have. Finally, we will provide you with an official appraisal and all associated paperwork. At this time, final payment will be due and you leave with your beautiful new heirloom!
